About Thrive

What is
Thrive Bedstuy?

We are multigenerational and diverse community members working together to strengthen and reimagine our vital public assets and shared spaces.

We are a diverse and multigenerational group of new and longtime community members and advocates from across Bed-Stuy, contributing our energy, skills, and lived experiences in service of the neighborhood. We believe that the people who call Bed-Stuy home should have a meaningful voice in shaping its future.

Through collaboration and community-led action, we work to strengthen and reimagine our vital public assets and shared spaces while honoring the rich cultural legacy of our neighborhood. By bringing together diverse perspectives and collective imagination, we work to advance solutions that reflect the wants, needs, and aspirations of our broader community.

As we continue to grow and pursue 501(c)(3) nonprofit status, we welcome new members and partners committed to helping Bed-Stuy adapt and evolve thoughtfully as a place where we can all thrive.
